This week, we started a new workshop in Ainata and the towns of the region within the project “Supporting Livelihoods through Afforestation and Forest Management” funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and with the support of the World Food Program (WFP) and within the framework of livelihood improvement activities, implemented by The Lebanon Reforestation Initiative (LRI) in cooperation with Ainata Al Arz Municipality and in partnership with Darb Al Ain Association (DAA). About 30 people of different ages participate in this project in Ainata, in various environmental and agricultural activities. |
